Synopsis:
With silk needed by the military, the Tarantula must petition in order to obtain a supply. His plea is accepted and is given a supply of silk for his web-gun. When he goes to pick up the silk, he interrupts a robbery being committed by the Fly.

Tarantula captures two of the Fly's henchmen, but the Fly flies away on his special wings. Tarantula questions the henchmen and gets them to lead him back to the Fly's lair. Tarantula is then captured and left for dead. He escapes, then follows the Fly. This time Tarantula prevails, and the crook is captured.
